OUR BORACAY STORY

1. VIA 2GO TRAVEL

2GO is the best option when going to Boracay for those living at the South Area [Region 4]. You can avoid the hassle of traffic going NAIA, delayed flights and long land travel from Kalibo Airport to Caticlan Seaport (where 2Go vessel anchored directly).

2. WHERE TO STAY?

We opted for MNL Hostel. A budget-oriented accomodation where guest can rent a bed and share a bathroom. Prices ranges from Php600.00 to 950.00 for dorm rooms. This time we choose a private room ensuite toilet and bath at Php1500.00 per night.

Sample Booking Details

We arrived at Caticlan at around 6am-7am
then 15 -20 mins boat ride to Boracay Island
another 15-20 mins tricycle ride to MNL.
We stayed in this lobby the whole morning
since they don't allow early check-in.
Check in time is 2 PM. This is the
downside of this hostel because in some
other place they allow it specially if
there's already a vacant room.

roam around carrying our luggages!

3. FINALLY GOING AROUND HERE & THERE

This is the exciting part when going to a place for the first time.

4. ACTIVITIES

It was February but weather is gloomy. Our island hopping & snorkeling got postponed. Paddle boarding and banana boating were the other option. Best time to go is around the month of March to April when the sun shines bright and the seas are calm.
