Part II : Relocated Dreamland Arts & Cafe Lipa 

From Yakal Street they are now located at Narra Street at the same Villa Lourdes Subdivision opposite of La Salle. Much larger & more breathable space awaits for everyone. They also added Indie Store & Playground Area.

We dropped by for lunch just one summer time, since it's an open area like a big garage of a large house with GI sheets as roof it was a sweltering afternoon. We hoped they provide some reflective roof insulation to reduce heat. But anyway here are some snapshots:

Part III: Our Third Visit Together with the Millennial's

One year gone by so fast, chubby Julio riding a motorcycle above is now a toddler. Since it's semestral break we had a visitors in the house, the nieces & nephews. To make the most of their stay I decided to bring them in one of Lipa's instagrammable cafe.

The place was redesigned and I like it better now.
